Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 of 7 Days Chimpanzee and Gorilla Uganda Safari: Arrival at the Airport

Upon arrival, you will be met by our company representative who will meet greet, and take you to the hotel booked in Entebbe for your stay overnight, take your time to relax and pre pare for the following days adventures.

Day 2: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park.

Lake Mburo national park is strategically placed along the way, easy access to park on Masaka-Mbarara highway. Arriving for a hot lunch, check in and an afternoon game drive in the park, expect to see African elephants, zebras, Jackson hartebeests, Uganda Kobs, elands, waterbucks, bush bucks, the well distributed game tracks offer amazing views of the wild animals, returning for dinner at

Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for the Chimpanzee and Gorilla Uganda Safari

We will warm our tummies with something to eat, drink and transfer to the home of Mountain gorillas, they live in families of up to 20 members and Bwindi hosts the world’s most population of the primate species, we arrive for check in and a cultural performance from the Batwa community, they are the last short structured people in Uganda who have continued living around the park area since they were evicted from the forest

Day 4: Full Day Gorilla Tracking

Breakfast, after which we will drive to the park headquarters for the major trip reason, a briefing from the Uganda wildlife authority team, later which you will be divided into groups of eight by per gorilla family, the terrain may be tough, tiring but rewarding by the end of the day. Return to the lodge for refreshment and relaxation

Day 5: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

Kibale Forest National Park is a known primate destination, you will transfer to the park passing through the southern animal corridor of Ishasha in Queen Elizabeth National Park, on a lucky day expect to see tree climbing lions arriving at the park to check in at the lodge

Day 6: Chimpanzee Tracking Experience

We wake up to a morning breakfast and transfer to the Kanyanchu visitor center for chimpanzee tracking, its takes 2 or more hours doing the activity returning for lunch at the lodge and an afternoon swamp walk at the Bigodi, this presents angelic views of primates, plants and butter flies  overnight at
