Day 1 of the 10 Days Around Rwanda Wildlife Safari: Arrival in Kigali – Kigali city tour

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our company representative who will meet greet and start your day tour in Kigali, you will visit the Rwanda memorial genocide, tour the market places of Kigali, we return for lunch a relaxed evening from the days activities dinner and stay overnight at

Day 2: Transfer to Akagera National Park

We will transfer to Akagera national park, it is the only savannah park of Rwanda, passing through the Magical back drops of the thousand hills, we arrive on a hot Lunch and afternoon relaxation at the lodge that has been booked for our dinner and stay overnight

Day 3: Game Drive and Boat Cruise on Lake Ihema

Day 4: Transfer to Nyungwe Forest National Park

Nyungwe National Park is one of te most adorable places to be while on safari in the land of a thousand hills, it is home to 13 primate species, btw most notably is the chimpanzee and the balck and white colobus monkey, we will arrive at the park for check in and a guided nature walk

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking.

Chimpanzee tracking begins at the visitor center by a briefing from the park rangers, we will then embark on a forest walk in search of the primates, they are sound loud you will hear them at a distance before even meeting them, the one hour assigned to meet the chimpanzee has the biggest memory of an African safari, you will have the chance to meet the young stars bouncing up and down trees without minding human presence we will return for an afternoon at the lodge

Day 6 of the 10 Days Around Rwanda Wildlife Safari: Canopy walk

Following breakfast, we will reach the park premises once again to experience the canopy walk in the forest, the long suspended trail on trees presents a chance to view wildlife, you will be the most lucky one as there are several things to admire while in the park right from its primates to the tree and plant species we will return for a dinner and staying overnight at

Day 7: Nyungwe National Park – Transfer to Volcanoes National Park

Day 8: Colobus Monkey Tracking and Transfer to Kigali

We will wake up for tea or coffee, drive to the park in search of the colobus monkeys, same as the chimpanzee tracking btw this time round we will be hunting for the mammals dressed in Blavvk and white, we return to transfer to volcanoes national park , Rwanda’s home to Mountain gorillas and Golden monkeys

Day 9: Gorilla trekking

We will wake up to a full day gorilla trekking activity, following breakfast, we drive to the park headquarters Kiningi for the morning briefing, the park rangers will give you notes about the mountain gorillas, dos and donts while with the gorillas, gorilla families are assigned per group of eight individuals led through by a park ranger, trekking takes 2-8 hours, it can be tiring but rewards by the time you meet the gorillas.
